Mother’s Day- A day to be celebrated everyday
By Sawaira Sial, Multan

A woman has many names daughter, sister, friend, wife, but she feels complete when she becomes a mother.
While going through the news feed came across this status and I would love to share it with you all it said,
“A mother is the one who would say she never liked drumsticks if they are three and the family is of four.”
She is gorgeous and she is worth your love as she is the one who sacrifices her sleep for you when you could not sleep because of fever. She is the one who sacrificed her happiness and desire to fulfill your needs.
Have you ever seen the love in her eyes?
When she sees you growing older, when she sees you winning cups she is proud. She would talk about you proudly to everyone. When she sees you struggling with problems or sees you failing and falling. She’ll first lift her hand to pray to the Almighty and would than would extend her hand to pick you up and support you.
One day is not enough for her to show that you care. From your busy schedule take at least ten minutes to sit with her and talk to her. Kiss her forehead and tell her you love her.
She never demands anything but she deserves everything. For me every day is Mother’s Day for all the love she has given me. We are lucky that our mothers are alive and we should be grateful to Allah all the time and pray for their long life. Ocean says a mother hides the deepest secrets of the child in her heart. Clouds say a mother is a rainbow whose every color is beautiful. Dua says a mother always prays for the happiness of her children.
Poet says mother is a poem everyone loves to read.
Jannah said I am under the feet of your mother. And I say for me mother is a friend who would never leave you alone.
To all the mothers out there I say “You are gorgeous. You are beautiful and we love you.
Let show our mothers every day is Mother’s Day. So today, tomorrow   and every day to come in years say “I love you MAA”

My mother cooks delicious foods. Cares for me day in and day out. She is a blue stocking and teaches me many subjects. I am the apple of her eyes. She tells me cock and bull stories. She is my bosom friend. She makes an uphill task very easy. She brought me up with heart and soul. She always tells me to knuckle down. Among the persons I love, she is at the top of the list.

“My mother is the best gift I’ve ever got, whenever I’m sad or happy she is always there for me, she is everything to me, my mother and my best friend, I love you Mom. May you have all the happiness in the life.”

From Omamah Fatima, Islamabad

The one who held out her hands to confront me. Eyes blissfully shimmering like the moonlit sky as she cuddles me as if I were her long lost doll…..I had those thoughts when I glanced up at the sky and thinking of my beloved mother working hard for me, struggling for my life in order to get me out from the worse to worse situation!! But still I love you Mom even if it means a world to me!!

From Eraj Javed

I love my mom because I know at the end of the day; everyone will, one way or another, leave me or betray me but my mom will always stand in front of me and telling the whole world, “Don’t you dare think my princess is alone”. Happy Mother’s Day my love!

From Jaziba Ghadeer

I am so grateful to have my mom in my life. Words can’t describe her unconditional love. She is my inspiration of strength. From being with me when I am quibbling over exams, when I am stressed to thinking good about me, I can never thank her enough! Whatever I am today, it’s all due to her support and unwavering faith in me. I am so blessed to be surrounded with her prayers. A very happy mothers’ day to all the mothers out there. We owe you a lot!
