How to be confident

By the way this is my first article.

Ok So, How to be Confident,

Here are some things you can do to be “Confident”.

1-First learn to love yourself. If you won’t love you for who you are then who? Ok so try to love you for who you are and nothing can happen if you will keep saying why I’m like this why I don’t have that. And remember you choose which way you want to live.


2-Be social. Talk to different people you may be thinking how to, what they will think of me etc. This is what u can do. Give compliment to others I mean be honest. Talk about themselves and listen to them. You’ll realize the majority of people are friendly, and there’s actually nothing to fear. The more you make an effort the easier it will become. Make eye contact if you don’t want to look in their eyes then look at their lips. Because it make you look like you’re interested. If you’ll get distracted while their talking. They will think you’re not interested. Who want to talk to those who are not interested in them?


3- Hangout more. The more you go out the more you will get comfortable around people. Rather than thinking the reasons not to go, attend the next event your invited to. You will be less cluttered with what-ifs and planning. Thinking on your feet will become natural, making it easier to cope with unknown situations that arise.


4-Body Language-Use your hands, keep your hands together when listening to avoid fidgeting. When talking use your hands to emphasize your words. Don’t send negative vibes like folding your arms will send a signal to others that your bored or something. And tapping your feet on the ground it will look like your impatient or nervous.so avoid any kind of negative vibes. Don’t move too much, oh, and widen your steps when walking. Nervous people scurry, Confident people stride. Push your shoulders back and stand tall. It’s the single best way to display confidence. Broaden your stance. Don’t huddle up, as you’ll appear nervous and unsure. The key to projecting confident body language is to be relaxed and open.


5-Be Positive-just stop worrying and Start living. Always look on the brighter side of life. Always think positive like doing anything the negative result will come first and you will doubt it.so start taking risk and Start focusing on the good side.


6-Do what you love-it’s guaranteed that you’ll get a glow that will shout out confidence and beauty to the world. Do things what make you happy. Find what your talent is, then try to enhance it.

“To live is the rarest thing in the world; most of the people just exist”.


7-look your best-try a new hairstyle that will look good on you. Dress what you like and on what your comfortable with. Not what are latest trends or your favorite celebrity is wearing. “You’re never too old to reinvent yourself”.


8-Don’t be mean-no one likes mean people.be Kind to everyone even to those who are mean to you. Ignore the haters. Ignore the bullies. If it’s getting physical inform your parents, teachers and also if an accident happens with someone. Like if they fall or something just ignore it because the people themselves feel very bad and when someone laughs or bully’s they start feeling bad about themselves.


9-Let Go of fear-Nothing is impossible even the word itself says Im-Possible. You probably have heard ”everything you need is already inside, Just DO IT’’ (NIKE).it’s really inspiring. Don’t fear Rejection. If someone hates you it’s their fault not yours. I have read somewhere “if nobody hates you your probably doing something boring”. “Life is too short.in the end we will only regret the chances we won’t take”. “There will be enough sleeping in grave”.


10-Be Happy-Don’t stress. The bad times are not forever. All these worries are just useless.

SO THESE ten things will sure boost up some confidence in you. “Be a Flamingo in a flock of pigeons”. “No matter how you feel Get up, Dress up, Show up and never give up”.
